Went to the gym besides the Toa Payoh stadium, cost me $2.50.
Shoulder Press 5kg x 12, 7.5kg x 10, 10kg x 8, 7.5kg x 10
Incline Press up 5kg x 12, 7.5kg x 10, 7.5kg x 12
Bicep Curls 5kg x 12, 7.5kg x 10, 5kg x 15
Tricep Curls 5kg x 12, 7.5kg x 10, 5kg x5
Did another 3km run the following day
Distance - 3km
Timing - 14mins 6secs
