6 x rds Interval run at TPY stadium. 3 x 10 crunches 2 x 5 dips

5 x 2 pullups, 3 x 10 bicep curls

Short run to TPY stadium, followed by interval training of 8 rds. 3 x 10 crunches, 3 x 10 wide pushups. It's been awhile... time to crank up the engine... yet again.
