Meet my new toy!
Finally... now I have a way to track my runs. Didn't quite got the hang of how it works with the ipod yet, ended up only clocking the first half of my run.

Sun
Clocked another run, this time to Upper Peirce Reservoir. Haven't had sun so bright and sky so clear in a long time

Oh yeah...
Ah... memories...
Anyways, managed another run today, interval run, good burn.
Bad day before that though, guess its one of those who-am-I-what-am-I-doing sort of day. But at the end of it all, I figured I should start living for myself and not just loving the people that matters to me. I matter too.

Running after the rain
Did another run this evening. Rain just stopped which meant wet slippery floors and no interval running. Two rounds, one around the estate and one around the Community Hospital and Condos.
Feels great to be focused on one thing and one thing only... can't wait for the Passion run.

Sweat...
Have not ran for around 2 weeks. Managed to get one done today. Did two rounds round the estate, first round was warm-up followed by an interval run with 60 secs sprints.
Pretty good run overall and a good start to running again. Though should consider getting either a Nike-plus or a sports watch to clock the distance I'm covering during the runs to better track my fitness (always open to opportunities to spend more money!!).
Timex Expedition E-Instruments Compass Watch T45581 retailing at SGD401.00 but able to get one at SGD270.00. Lousy luck that Alexia says it doesn't fit me... Boo Hoo to small wrists...
