Running at Fort Canning
Runninglab run
My first run with Runninglab @ Funan. Didn't expect the turnout to be so great, I estimated 30 pax...
The Route
We started from beside the old fire station, down towards the driveway entrance to Fort Canning, up Fort Canning pass the Registry of Marriage, loop and back down, cross the overhead bridge to Clarke Quay, pass MOS to Riverside, suppose to go pass Zouk (this is where i got lost) then all the way back to the open area just diagonal to the Parliment Office.
Distance - 9km (didn't complete full 9km)
Time - 45.35mins

Running at Toa Payoh Stadium
Manage to run at Toa Payoh Stadium today. Was aiming for 4km but only manage to complete roughly 3.6km. Should try getting a knee guard to see if it helps.

Training - Cardio
Running at Toa Payoh
Did a short run yesterday. Was supposed to do a time run at the Stadium but there was a @#$(*!! soccer game on. Ended up running around Toa Payoh estate. Not happy
