Short run to TPY stadium, followed by interval training of 8 rds. 3 x 10 crunches, 3 x 10 wide pushups. It's been awhile... time to crank up the engine... yet again.

Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon 2008

Another year, another SCSM. This year, we did the 10km... SHAME ON US!!! Guess we'll be signing up for the half for 2009 though we'll most probably be cursing and swearing during the run...

Caught the matinee today. Have to say that it was enjoyable but not worth shelling out $90.00 per person. Still had myself a good laugh.

My favorite character is Trekkie the Monster!

And managed to find this on youtube which I thought was the best part of the 2 hr musical.
